The petition of exception

June

1991,
requested
approval
of
several
deficiencies which were referenced and approved by both of the
above Resolutions, however, Commission staff inadvertently left
out the request for:
I. Inverted streets with 32' (thirty-two foot) paving
width, curb face to curb face.
WHEREAS, this petition is submitted as a request that the
Planning and Zoning Commission recommend to the Board of
Supervisors the granting of an exception from the Subdivision

2. The request will not nullify the intent or purpose
of the Master Plan of the County or other

designed to carry the 100 year storm within the
pavement. Due to the drainage des ign on the
overall subdivision a 32' paved section inverted
with curb is adequate.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, at their
meeting on December 11, 1991, did recommend APPROVAL of this
petition of exception based on the aforementioned justifications.
