PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 NC MICROFILMED RESOLUTION NO. 92-2 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE APPROVED PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN FOR PEPPERMILL PALMS GOLF VILLAS, TRACT 3025, A PROPOSED PLANNED UNIT TIME SHARE CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT SUBDIVISION, BEING A PORTION OF SECTIONS 4 & 5, TOWNSHIP 39 NORTH, RANGE l6 WEST, LOCATED IN THE ARIZONA STRIP AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held January 6, 1992 a public hearing was conducted to consider approval of a request for an extension of time for the approved preliminary subdivision plan for peppermill Palms Golf villas, Tract 3025, and WHEREAS, this subdivision is located about four-tenths (.4) mile south of Interstate 15 off of Highway 91, roughly two (2) miles east of the Town of Mesquite, Nevada, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plan depicts a seventeen (17) acre parcel with fourteen (14) four (4) unit structures for a total of fifty-six (56) time share condominium units, and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors at their regular meeting on Monday, December 4, 1989 approved this preliminary subdivision plan as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission, and ...: . ~~ Resolution No. 9~ . Page 2 WHEREAS, in a letter dated November 29, 1991 Mr. John R. Stanton, agent for Peppermill Palms Golf Villas Project requested an extension of time because, "It is our sincere hope that 1992 will bring more favorable economic times so we can see our way through to proceed with this project", and PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 1992 PG 515 (FEEt92- 1074) WHEREAS, a final map has been processed with only one remaining conditional requirement for approval, and WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting of December 11, 1991 recommended approval of an extension of time to December 4, 1992, based on the following: 1.
