WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting
of January 8, 1992 recommended approval of an extension of time
to November 5, 1992, based on the following:
1. In a letter dated December 9, 1991, Ms. Barbara Marks
requested an extension of time for the Monte Carlo
Mobile Home Park Plan. The reason given for the
extension request was, "We have made a change in the
sewage treatment facility and have been delayed by the
Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Also, we
have been attempting to obtain financing for this
project."
2. There have been no material changes or conditions
within or adjoining the park area that would warrant a
revision in the design of the park plan.
3. The developer of Monte Carlo Mobile Home Park, appears
to be actively pursuing the development of this project
and is prepared to proceed with the completion of the
final plan. Therefore, staff is recommending APPROVAL
of this request for a one (1) year extension of time
for the park plan for this project to November 5, 1992.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, February 3, 1992 approved
this extension of time to November 5, 1992 as recommended by the
Commission and outlined herein.
