A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION
91-81 WHICH APPROVED A ZONING USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH A MOBILE
HOME AS A RESIDENCE IN A C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONE, LOCATED
IN NEW KINGMAN ADDITION UNIT #3, BLOCK 5, LOT 14, LOCATED IN THE
KINGMAN AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held March 9, 1992 a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted to Lawrence C.
and Asenath C. Jenkins, Kingman, Arizona to amend a previously
granted Zoning Use Permit to establish a mobile home
as a
residence in a C-2 (General Commercial) zone, located in New
Kingman Addition Unit #3, Block 5, Lot 14, located on the east
side of Mallard Drive approximately 350 feet north of the Mallard
Drive and Martin Lane intersection, located in the Kingman area,
and
WHEREAS, The applicant desires to establish a house as a
residence in place of the proposed mobile home and has applied
for a building permit to do so, and
WHEREAS, the following shows
the proposed changes, old

WHEREAS, a public hearing before the Mohave County Planning
and Zoning Commission on February 13, 1991 did generate a
recommendation of conditional approval of the Zoning Use Permit
(ZUP) with the following conditions noted:
1. That Zoning/Building permit(s) be obtained.
2. If construction or use has not commenced within one (1)
year of Board approval of the Zoning Use Permit or if
the use has been discontinued for six (6) months, then
approval shall terminate at that date.
3. This Zoning Use Permit is subject to revocation upon
sixty (60) days notification by the Board of
Supervisors, if in the opinion of the Commission and
Board the continued use of the property would be
contrary to the public health, safety, and welfare.
4. That the mobile home shall be used as a residence only
and shall not be used in conjunction with the
underlying C-2 (General Commercial) zoning. If the
underlying C-2 zoning were to be exercised by the owner
of the property then a rehearing of this ZUP would be
required.
5. The mobile home shall have an affixed HU~~
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, March 9, 1992 approved this
amendment, subject to the conditions outlined herein.
