PAGE 1 OF 3 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO. 92-77 A RESOI.UTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR CONDITIONAL REZONING APPROVAL FOR W~ W~ LOT 90, SUNWEST ACRES, TRACT 1027, SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST, BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RESOLUTION 91-50, LOCATED IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on March 9, 1992, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Inge Licon of Riddle, Oregon, for an extension of time for conditional rezoning approval for W~ W~ Lot 90, Sunwest Acres, Tract 1027, Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 18 West, Board of Supervisors Resolution 91-50, located in the Golden Valley area, and WHEREAS, subject property is accessed from Highway 68, via Verde Road south approximately two and one half (2~) miles to the southeast corner of Bolsa Drive and San Pedro Road. The Board approved BOS Resolution 91-50 at their regular meeting of February 4, 1991 for the original rezoning action. WHEREAS the owner, Ms. Licon, is exercising her right to request an extension of time under condition 8 of Resolution 91- 50, as clarified in Arizona Revised Statutes Title 11, Chapter 6 (11-0832), and ~ , . PAGE 2 OF BK 2019 PG 3 ~1 (FEE~92-12678) Page 2 Resulution No. 92-77 WHEREAS the following amendment should be made: Item 6 of Resolution 91-50 requests the abandonment of the south fifty (50') feet of Bolsa Road and the east fifty (50') feet of San Pedro Road. The last clause should read The dedication of an additional five (5') feet for San Pedro Road. Otherwise, the Resolution should stand as originally approved with the above amendment, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on February 12, 1992, the Commission recommended conditional APPROVAL of the requested extension of time with the applicant understanding and accepting the following conditions: 1. Extension of time for one (1) year to February 4, 1993, for completion of this project, and that the Resolution be amended as follows: Condition #6 - That the Board of Supervisors accept the abandonment of the south eight (8') feet of Bolsa Drive as it is contiguous to this property. An eight (8') foot PUE be granted contiguous to the property on Bolsa Drive and San Pedro Road. An additional five (5') foot on San Pedro adjacent to this property shall be dedicated in conjunction with a twenty (20' ) foot radius dedication at the intersection of Bolsa Drive and San Pedro Road. This shall be approved through the recording of the resolution authorizing this zone change, and that the dedication statement and dedication be shown on the Parcel Plat. At the request of Roger Esque~ra, cartographer, Con~ission recommends Final Plat and Parcel Plat boundaries be a tri le wide llne as the 1 8" blue line border obscures dimensions, and .... 't . . PI!JGE 3 OF 3 BK 2019 PG 42 (FEE~92-12678) Page 3 Resolution No. 92-77 WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, on February 23, 1992, and posted February 21, 1992 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes, and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, March 9, 1992 APPROVED this change in zoning as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
