RESOLUTION NO. 92-121
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FINAL AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION NO. 91-176
FOR HUALAPAI FOOTHILL ESTATES, UNIT 3, TRACT NO. 3003-c;
RESCINDING THE CONTINUED REQUIREMENT FOR ASSURANCE AND/OR SURETY
FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE TRACT AS RECORDED
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors held on April 6, 1992, a public hearing was conducted
to determine whether approval should be granted to N. J. Devlin,
Consulting Engineer, Tract 3003-C, for the dismissal of the
requirement for assurance and/or surety for the completion of the
tract as recorded, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision known as Hualapai Foothill Estates,
Unit 3, Tract No. 3003-c has been annexed into the City of
Kingman, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the engineer of record has stated that the work is
now under the jurisdiction of the City of Kingman, Arizona and
that he will formally request the City of Kingman to accept the
subdivision improvements for operation and maintenance upon
completion of "As Constructed" plans, and

the Assurance Agreement is now redundant and requests the Board
of Supervisors release the Owners form the provisions of the
Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, April 6, 1992 APPROVED the
request to release the owner/developer from the provision of
assurance for Tract 3003-C that lies within the City Limits of
the City of Kingman, Arizona.
