1. The granting of the petition will not be detrimental to
the public welfare or injurious to other adjacent
properties because:
A. All public utilities will be placed underground
and within the roadway right-of-way which is sixty
(60') feet wide. There is sufficient area outside
the paved section to place all necessary
utilities. Further, access to the utilities for
maintenance purposes would be greatly enhanced.
2. This request will not nullify the intent or purpose of
the Master Plan of the County or other Regulations
because none of the proposed exceptions will effect
anything outside of the subject project.
WHEREAS, the Commission, at their meeting on Wednesday, May
13, 1992 recommended APPROVAL of this Petition of Exception based
on the aforementioned justifications.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, June 1, 1992 approved this
Amendment to the Mohave County Subdivision Regulation by the
granting of this petition of exception as recommended by the
Planning Commission and outlined herein.
