RESOLUTION NO. 92-311 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Regular session on this 21st day of September, 1992 and WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-905, this Board did, on September 21, 1992, set for public hearing the formation of Rancho Verde Street Improvement District, wherein it did fIx this date and place as the time and place of hearing; WHEREAS, notice of hearing has been given for the time and in the manner provided in said Section and as appears from affIdavits fIled with the Clerk of this Board; WHEREAS, ...2..- persons wishing to object to the establishment of the proposed district have, before the date set for hearing, filed their objections with the Clerk of this Board, and --9-- persons appeared at the hearing and presented oral objections thereto; and WHEREAS, evidence, oral and documentary, has been adduced to this Board has duly considered the same; WHEREAS, this Board did, after hearing held May 20, 1991, adopt Resolution No. ~.- 91-171 ordering the formation of the Rancho Verde Street Improvement District but such order and hearing and the petitions and notice therefore were defective and such Resolution is hereby determined to be void and of no effect; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the petition presented to this Board as a result of which it set this hearing was signed by the requisite number of owners of real property within the proposed district, and is sufficient. 2. That all of the property within the proposed district will be benefitted by being formed into such district and that said proposed district includes all of the property that would be benefitted by being so formed. 4. That the boundaries of said district are hereby established as those more particularly set forth in the Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof. 5. That said territory is hereby declared formed into a County Improvement District under the corporate name of Rancho Verde Street Improvement District to pave the streets listed in Exhibit "A" and make any other local improvements, all of said work to be fmanced by special assessments levied against the lots within the District and the issuance of assessment bonds as may now or hereafter be ordered pursuant to the County Improvement District Laws. 6. Said district shall hereafter be body corporate with the powers of a municipal corporation for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this article. 7. That Resolution No. 91-171 adopted June 3,1991, ordering the formation of the Rancho Verde Street Improvement District is hereby determined and declared to be void and of no effect, and to be superseded in whole by this Resolution No. 92-311.
