M~VE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ,~~ RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne RESOLUTION NO. 92-357 A RESOLUTION NAMING A ROAD LOCATED IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, LOCATED IN THE NORTH KINGMAN PORTION OF THE MORAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held Monday, November 2, 1992, a public hearing was conducted naming a road in Section 30, Township 23 North, Range 16 West, the proposed name being VARALLO DRIVE and is located 1,185 feet west of Avenida Mendez and extending 3,852 feet north from Calle Sonoita in the North Kingman portion of the Mohave County General area, and WHEREAS, Section 30 is located approximately five (5) miles north of the Butler area and east of Stockton Hill Road. The subject road is accessed from Stockton Hill Road via Jane Drive (approximately 6 miles north of Northern Avenue) , east approximately one and one-quarter (1.25) miles to Cherum Road, thence north approximately six-tenths (.6) mile to Calle Sonoita, thence west approximately 1,185 feet to the proposed VARALLO DRIVE. The road extends for .an approximate length of 3,825 feet and is currently thirty (30') feet in width, and -- . Resolution No. 92-357 . Page 2 PAGE 2 OF 2 ) BK 2131 PG 588 (FEEt92-61049 WHEREAS, the Rural Addressing Coordinator has reviewed this request for compliance with County requirements and has indicated approval of the proposed road name as noted, and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission at their meeting on October 14, 1992 did recommend APPROVAL of this road naming request contingent upon the following conditions: 1. Compliance with specifications as set forth in Section 32 of the Mohave County regulations or its successor. 2. The approval of this request does not indicate assumption by the County for road maintenance without separate approval by the Board of Supervisors. WHEREAS, the notice for this public hearing was published in the Kingman Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in "J Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona on October 17, 1992 and posted October 15, 1992 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, November 2, 1992 approved these street names as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
