RESOLUTION NO. 92-404
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE ABANDONMENT OF A ROADWAY BEING THE
NORTHERNMOST TEN (10') FEET OF CALLE CHARCAS, BEGINNING AT THE
EAST LINE OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST,
TERMINATING AT THE WEST LINE OF PARCEL 109, STOCKTON HILL RANCHES
#10, LOCATED IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on December 7, 1992, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to

l.;j James L. Teeter, and Mary Ellen Teeter, all of San Diego,
California,
for the abandonment of a roadway being the
northernmost ten (10~) feet of Calle Charcas, beginning at the
east line of Section 19, Township 23 North, Range 16 West, and
terminating at the west line of Parcel 109, Stockton Hill Ranches
#10, in the North Kingman portion of the Mohave County General
area, and
WHEREAS, Section 19 is approximately one and one-half (1.5)
miles east of Stockton Hill Road and approximately six (6) miles
of Jagerson Avenue.
The subject property is accessed via Calle
Charcas East approximately one and one-half (1.5) miles, and

WHEREAS, Board of Supervisors Resolution 92-302 required to
the abandonment as the accruement of acreage would allow the
subject parcel (s) to meet the required acreage of the approved
rezone.
The abandonment and rezone are conditional to the
recording of a parcel plat, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission on November 18,
1992,
the
Commission recommended conditional APPROVAL of the requested
partial
abandonment with the
applicants understanding and
accepting the following condition:
1.
This abandonment be shown and referenced to record on the
parcel plat as required by Board of Supervisors Resolution
#92-302.

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, on November 21 and 28, 1992, and posted
November 20, 1992 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes, and
the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, December 7, 1992 APPROVED
this abandonment as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and

and outlined herein.
