WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County

October 18, 1992, Jim Kuden, General Partner
owner/developer, states, "We have tried without success

In addition, sewer requirements have stiffened which
precludes our increasing lot sizes from 6,000 to 10,000
square feet and moving ahead with construction of fewer
homes. It is obvious that we are locked in for now
until the demand for the homes to be built is in place.
Thus, we ask the County to bear with us and grant this
extension of time herein requested. II
2. This is the third extension of time for this project.
3. This extension of time will be in effect until October
3, 1993.
4. As provided in Article 3.10-1 "..., extensions in
increments of one (1) year may be granted by the Board
if the subdivider is actively processinq the Final
Plat. If such action is not taken than all proceedinqs
relatinq to the plat shall be terminated."
At the request of Roqer Esquerra, cartoqrapher, the Planninq
Commission recommends Final plat and Parcel Plat Boundaries be a
;;:1 triple wide line as the 1 /8 II blue line border obscures
j dimensions.
