Street with C-2 zoning on the south, and
WHEREAS, the applicant desires to rezone these lots to
single family residential classification for location of

than submit Zoning Use Permits (ZUP's) for each lot. The pattern
over the past few years show increasing demand for residential
lots and people seeking to get ZUp's or rezones in order to place
residences in vacant commercially zoned lots. As the lots across
the street are zoned C-l and uses are to be compatible with
neighborhoods, hence it's title, there should be no conflict if
the lots are used commercially. It may be these lots will also
