RE: Devon Heights, Tract No. t\079
blett:
I am he O\olner of this suhdivision that has received Preliminary Plat
approval.
Your letter dated September 24, 1992 indicates that the project
expiration date is December 5, 1992.
I therefore request the Commission and 130ard of Supervisors to accept
this application for a time extension within \~hich to obtain final plat
approval.
I have had my engineer prepare final engineering plans on this
pro ject.
Other actions that I am currently taking arc as follows:
1. Acti vely persuing the Valencia Road 1.D.
2. Actively persuin~ a possible sewer line extension with the two
sewer providers In the area. It is not certain who the provider
will be in the final analysis.
3. Water allocation application will be made this month wi th tvlohave
Valley Irrigation and Drainage District.
4. ADEQ application processing is long and cumbersome and underway
at this time.
These items and many others need to be addressed further before the
Final Subdivision Plat approval is sought. The current economic condition
of this area does not dictate that one proceeds with caution before large
sums of money are committed to a project.
Your affirmative response to this request will be appreciated.
Enclosed is a check for $300.00 as the application fee.
Thank you.
Very truly yours,
REAGAN & ASSOCIATES
