This be accomdished through a special development (SD)implementation plan, and PAGE 2 OF 9 BK 2210 PG 988 (FEEt9J-22960) WHEREAS, this phase FORTY-ONE is f"cmrty=one- plus forty 4 t*aH~t-six (1~6) lots (41.03) acres FOUR and e-ne parcel subdivided into one-hundred ONE OF WHICH ACCOMODATES {for the sewage treatment plant, and WHEREAS, the water will be supplied by Bermuda Water Company, electric power by Citizens utilities Company and telephone service by Citizens Utilities Company. Sewage disposal will be provided by an on site treatment plant. Fort Mohave Mesa Fire Department will be providing fire protection for this project and private carrier will be providing the solid waste (garbage) disposal to Mohave Valley Landfill, and WHEREAS, the approval of this subdivision is based on the understanding of the Board of Supervisors that the primary acess to this subdivision is via Camp Mohave Road into Phase I, then north on Vanderslice Road to the northern most property line. All streets within the subdivision, adjacent to lots fronting on perimeter roads and access to the nearest paved roads shall be constructed and paved with asphaltic concrete in accordance with Standard Specifications #171 and 101.lOA or better the perimeter streets on the project side and interior streets will include curb and gutter as specified in Board of Supervisor Resolution 91-335; and the owner/subdivider shall install a water distribution system to serve each lot within the subdivision; fire hydrants shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of the Fort Mohave Mesa Fire Department; sewage disposal is to be handled by an on site sewage treatment plant, drainage related improvements will be made as recommended by the project engineer in the county approved drainage report; agreements will be made to extend underground electric, telephone and water service to each lot in accordance with Arizona Corporation Commission Regulations, these service agreements will be submitted prior to final recordation; all lots and street centerline monuments will be staked and monumented in accordance with Mohave County Standard Specification No. 102; street name and regulation signs will be installed in accordance with Mohave County Subdivision. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board APPROVES the Final plat for Tract 4108-A conditional to the following: 1. The developer will make the same commitments for improvements in the Subdivision Questionnaire to the Real Estate Commission as required for approval of this tract by the Board. A copy of the draft and final report delivered to the Arizona State Real Estate Department shall be submitted to the county. 2. All concerns stated by The County Engineer letter dated February 22, 1993, marked EXHIBIT addressed prior to recordation. in his "A", be 3. The Final Plat for Tract 4108-A including the dedication shall be properly executed and/or sanctioned by all parties having any recorded title interest in the land being subdivided and included on this subdivision; 4. An approved method of assurance and/or surety shall be provided in the amount of the cost estimate as approved by the Mohave County Public Works Department for the final recorded plat, in its entirety, and all required site improvements; 5.
