A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF A FINAL PLAT AND PETITION
OF EXCEPTION FOR THE ORCHARDS, TRACT 3800, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF
A PORTION OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST,
LOCATED IN THE WIKIEUP AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the special meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on March 15, 1993, a public hearing was
conducted to determine the approval of the Final Plat and
Petition of Exception for THE ORCHARDS, TRACT 3800, and
WHEREAS, the owner/developer of this tract is Cholla Canyon
Corporation, a Nevada Corporation. The engineer responsible for
the plan preparation and drainage report for this subdivision is
Robert Schuetz of Mohave Engineering Associates, Inc. of Kingman,
Arizona, and,
WHEREAS, the project site is located on the west side of the
unincorporated town of Wikieup, and,
WHEREAS, the approved preliminary plan depicts fifty-eight
(58) acres subdivided into forty-two (42) Lots with a minimum

WHEREAS, the Final subdivision Plat, for Tract 3800, depicts
fifty-eight (58) acres being subdivided into forty-two one acre
WHEREAS,
the developer intends this to be a dry lot

(net) lots, and
subdivision, all lots will be provided with electricity by Mohave
Electric Cooperative, Inc., telephone
by Citizens utilities
Company, solid waste removal by Mohave Disposal Incorporation to
Mohave County landfill,
sewage disposal will be by individual
septic systems and water supply will be furnished by individual
property owners, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that- the Board
APPROVES the said plan conditional to the following:
1. The developer will make the same commitments for
improvements in the Subdivision Questionnaire of this
Real Estates Commission as required for approval of
this tract by the Board. A copy of the draft and final
report delivered to the Arizona State Real Estate
Department shall be submitted to the county for library
purposes.
2. The owner/subdivider shall cause the. engineering and
drainage related improvements to be completed as
recommended by the project engineer and outlined in the
detailed drainage report as approved by the County
Engineer.
3. An approved method of assurance and/or surety shall be
provided in the amount of the approved cost estimate
for all required site improvements.
4. Compliance with Board of Supervisors' Resolution 92-
286, which approved this subdivisions zoning, shall be
required. Moreuver, the zoning approve by Resolution
92-268, shall become effective upon recordation of this
tract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, corrected copies of
all documents delineated above shall be submitted for staff
review and upon receipt of the evidence that these conditions
have been met, together with the executed mylar and appropriate
recording fee, the Director of Planning and Zoning will obtain
the necessary signatures from the County Departments and
officials and cause the final plat to be recorded.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the notice of hearing
has been met and published throughout this subdivision process
and the public was afforded notice of this final action through
advertisement of the Board of Supervisor's meeting for this date.
