RESOLUTION NO. 93-53 L A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE APPROVED PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN FOR LAKERIDGE ESTATES, TRACT 3035, BEING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 20 WEST, LOCATED IN THE LAKE HAVASU CITY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on March 8, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Lyle Matzdorf, Sun States Development, Scottsdale, Arizona an extension of time for the approved Preliminary Plan for LAKERIDGE "" '..." " ..... i ESTATES, TRACT 3035, and WHEREAS, the owner/developer of this tract is Lyle Matzdorf, Sun States Development, Scottsdale, Arizona. The engineering firm responsible for the preparation of the design of this subdivision is Hess-Rountree, Inc., Phoenix Arizona. WHEREAS, the preliminary plan depicts eighty (80) acres subdivided into two hundred thirty one (231) single family dwelling lots. The residential lots are nine thousand three hundred fifty (9,350) square feet or larger. The subsequent lot owners will use septic tanks. WHEREAS, the existing zoning is A (General), a holdover from the original "holding zone" for Mohave County, and R-E ....-,.. . . Resolution No. 93-53 Page 2 (Residential Recreation). The proposed zoning is SD/R (Special Development Residential/Mobile Homes Prohibited) for the single family lots. WHEREAS, the property conforms to the Mohave County Lake Havasu City Area Plan. WHEREAS, the preliminary plan for this tract was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on January 7, 1991, via Board of Supervisor Resolution 91-1. WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on February 10. 1993, the Commission recommended conditional APPROVAL of the requested extension of time with the applicant understanding and accepting the following conditions: I. This Extension of Time will be in effect until January 7, 1994. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, March 8, 1993 approved this extension of time for the preliminary plan of LAKERIDGE ESTATES, Tract 3035, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission and outlined here in, ~~~OF SUPERVISORS STANDERFER,IChairman PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 2186 PG 615 (FEEt93-12+91)
