RESOLUTION NO. 93-123
RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO
CLARIFY REZONING RESOLUTIONS THAT ESTABLISHED SD/R (SPECIAL
DEVELOPMENT/RESIDENTIAL) ZONING FOR FAIRWAY ESTATES, TRACT 4148,
SUBDIVISION BY INCLUDING SPECIFIC SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL
LOTS, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on May 3, 1993, a public hearing was
conducted to determine the approval of the an amendment to
clarify rezoning resolution that established SD/R (Special
Development/Residential) Zoning for Fairway Estates, Tract 4148
subdivision by including specific setback requirements for all
lots, located in the South Mohave Valley area, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors via Resolution No. 90-60
changed the existing zone R-M/I0M (Multiple Family
Residential/Ten Thousand Square Foot Minimum Lot Size) zone to
R/S-D (Residential/Special Development) zone, and
WHEREAS, Board of Supervisors Resolution Number 92-273 and
92-277 reestablished the SD (Special Development) plan and zone
change to (SD) C-2/1A (Special Development/General Commercial/One
Acre Minimum Lot Size), and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the
Planning and Zoning Con~ission on April 14, 1993
recommend conditional APPROVAL of the requested

1. That the setbacks be set as shown on the approved
zoning plan received by Planning and Zoning and dated
May 29, 1992. More specifically, minimum front setback
is fifteen (15') foot, rear setback minimum is ten
(10') foot, and five (5') foot side setback.
2. That all conditions of Bas Resolution Numbers 92-273
and 92-277 be met.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of
Supervisors, at theit' regular meeting on Monday, May 3,
1993 approved this Amendment to clarify rezoning
