PAGE 1 OF 2 HOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne ": RESOLUTION NO. 93-118 RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE APPROVED PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR TOPOCK SPRINGS ESTATES, TRACT 4125, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE NW~ OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on May 3, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine the approval of the extension of time for the preliminary subdivision plan, for Topock Springs Estates, Tract 4125, located in the South Mohave Valley area, and WHEREAS, the owner/subdivider of this tract is Jordan Family Trust, Phoenix, Arizona. The engineer of record on this project is Glenn H. Shearer, R.L.A., Senior Project Manager, A-N West, Inc. Phoenix Arizona, and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is located in the along the west side of Highway 95, approximately one (1) mile south of Marina Drive and the junction of the Oatman-Topock Highway in the Golden Shores area. Moreover, this project is located approximately twenty-four (24) miles south of Bullhead City. Access to this project will be provided via Highway 95 on the eastern boarder, south to Pecos Drive located on the northern border, Golden Shores Parkway on the western border and a collector street approximately four-hundred fifty (450') feet north of the southern property boundary, and WHEREAS, this project consist of approximately eighty-two (82) acres divided into six (6) parcels which will be developed into a travel trailer park and both multifamily and commercial land uses. The developer is proposing several linear parks as green belt areas for open spaces and recreation. These open spaces will be maintained by the development's homeowners association, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plan for this tract was approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on April 2, 1991, via BOS Resolution 91-93. Page 2 WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on April 14, 1993 the Commission recommend conditional APPROVAL of the requested extension of time with the applicant understanding and accepting the following conditions: 1. Compliance with all conditions as stated in BOS Resolution 91-93. 2. This extension of time will be in effect until April 1, 1994. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of hearing has been met and published throughout this subdivision process and the public was afforded notice of this extension of time through advertisement of the Board of Supervisors' meeting for this date. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, May 3, 1993 ~proved this Extension of Time for TOPOCK SPRINGS ESTATES, Tract 4125 as outlined here in.
