A RESOLUTION SETTING'FORTH APPROVAL OF AS-BUILT PLANS AND ru~LEASE
OF ASSURANCES FOR FAI}tWAY ESTATES, TRACT 4148-B, BEING A
SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE E~ OF THE NE\ OF SECTION 35,
TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH 110HAVE
VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at ,the regular meeting
of Supervisors held on September 7,
conducted to determine the approval
release of all remaining Assurances

of the As-Built Plans and

WHEREAS, the owner/subdivider of this tract is Glen L. and
Pearle A. Ludwig. The engineer of record. on this project is
Richard J. Rieker, P.E., of Ludwig Engineering, San Bernardino,
California, and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is located in the Fort
Mohave area, approximately three miles south of Bullhead City on
Highway 95 and one-half mile east, of Highway 95 on Joy Lane at
the southwest corner of the intersection of Joy Lane and Mountain
View Road, and
WHEREAS, this subdivision is being constructed on a 12.8l-
acre parcel of land. This tract consists of 76 lots and one
commercial parcel. The commercial parcel is 1.02 acres with the
balance of the development having a minimum lot size of 4,500
square feet and an overall density of 3.4 lots per acre, and
WHEREAS, the water will be supplied by Bermuda 'Water
Company, electric power by Mohave Electric Cooperative, and
telephone service by Citizens Utilities Company. Sewage disposal
will be provided by Sorenson Utility Company, Inc,; Fort Mohave
Mesa Fire Department will be providing fire protection for this
project; and private carrier will be providing the solid 1.vaste
(garbage) disposal to Mohave Valley Landfill, and
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Engineer, Harold J. Ganyo, l? E. ,
in a letter dated July 2'6, 1993, received by Planning and Zoning
on July 26, 1993, states, "All improvements of Fainlay Es1:ates
Tract 4148-B have been completed by the developer. As-built
plans, certifications and required reports have been submi1:ted'.
The improvements have been inspected and substantially conform to
the plans, specifications, and County Standards," and

WHEREAS, Mr. Ganyo recommended "Placement on the Planning
and zoning Commission Agenda for review and recommendation for
approval of As-Built Plans and release of all remaining
assurances," and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that notice of hearing has
been met and published throughout this subdivision process as
required by Arizona Revised Statutes and Mohave County
Regulations, and the public was afforded notice of this action
through advertisement of the Board of Supervisors meeting for
this date.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of
Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, September 7,
1993, approved the As-Built Plans and release of all remaining
assurances for FAIRWAY ESTATES, TRACT 4148-B, as recommended by
the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined
herein.
