PAGE i OF 2 HOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Nt IIDOfll.MED RESOLUTION NO. 93-213 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE REZONING OF LOTS 11 AND 12, RIO PALMAS UNIT I, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, FROM A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE C-MO / lA (COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING - OPEN LOT STORAGE/ONE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA. ,.....'.,.. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on August 2, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Jack R. Ehrhardt of Bullhead City, Arizona, for a zone change from existing A-R (Agricultural-Residential) zone to C-MO/1A (Commercial Manufacturing-Open Lot Storage/One Acre Minimum Lot Size) located 450 feet west of Highway 95 on Sterling Road in the South Mohave Valley area, and WHEREAS, this Rezone was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on May 4, 1992, per Resolution No. 92-134, to Jack R. Ehrhardt of Bullhead City, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an Extension of Time for one year to have the opportunity to complete the project. The applicant has stated in a letter dated April 29, 1993, and received by Planning and Zoning May 3, 1993, that they would like the additional time to allow coordination with other properties being developed in the area, and for the Arizona Department of Transportation to finish the design for the widening of Highway 95, and WHEREAS, this request is the first Extension of Time for this rezoning. WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on July 14, 1993, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the proposed Extension of Time for a zone change contingent upon the following: 1. Continued compliance with conditions of Resolution No. 92-134. 2. A site plan in accordance with Section 27.P, prior to submittal of Building Permits. .. . . r~ -- RESOLUTION NO. 93-213 Page 2 3. This Extension of Time be granted for one year, being May 4, 1994. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that notice of hearing has been met and published throughout this subdivision process as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and Mohave County Regulations, and the public was afforded notice of this action through advertisement of the Board of Supervisors meeting for this date. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, August 2, 1993, approved this Extension of Time for the Preliminary Plan of Chaparral Mesa II, Tract 3042, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
