HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-194 . lNDEXEa IIJCJOr:U'tb , ~. ..~~ ( " .llr.=" frO RESOLUTION NO. 93-194 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH RELEASE OF ASSURANCES FOR FAIRWAY ESTATES, TRACT 4148-A, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE E1/2 OF THE NE1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the special meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on July 26, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be given to the release of assurances for Fairway Estates, Tract 4148-A, located in the South Mohave Valley area, Mohave County, Arizona, and WHEREAS, at the public meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 7, 1993, the As-Built and Improvement Plans were approved via Resolution No. 93-156, and (~;,?\ ..,', ,V'1 :.--...'< WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning commission on July 14, 1993, the commission recommended approval of the release of assurances, and WHEREAS, The Mohave County Engineer, Harold J. Ganyo, P.E., in a letter dated April 8, 1993 and received by Planning and Zoning on April 9, 1993. Mr. Ganyo states, "All improvements of Fairway Estates, Tract 4148-A have been completed by the developer. As-built plans, certifications and required reports have been submitted. The improvements have been inspected and substantially conform to the plans, specifications, and County Standards.", and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their special meeting on Monday, July 26, 1993, approved the release of the remalnlng assurances on Fairway Estates, Tract 4148-A, as recommended by Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
