RESOLUTION NO. 93-193
Street Maintenance
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors at their meeting on July
6. 1993, accepted a letter of petition requesting that certain streets in Lonestnr
Commercinl Pari\., Tract 4101 be accepted into the Mohave County Road System for
main tenance; and
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on July 6, 1993, ill the Supervisors'
Chambers at which time the request to accept was discussed and considered by the
Board; and
WHEREAS, no one appeared to object find no written statement of objection
opposing the granting of the request of said petition were received; and
WHEREAS, an investigation has been mnde by the County Engineer and
County Attorney who has reported to the Board that the design and construction of
the' streets comply with Article 4.11 of the subdivision and Road Maintenance
Regulations of Mohave County, Arizuna, for paved roadways wherein it was
established that:
A. The rights-of-way were properly established when Lonestar
Commercial Park, Tract 4101 was recorded on or about February 8,
1991 and the North twenty-five feet of Camino Colorado was
recorded per Fee Number 152174.
B. 'The streets have been properly laid out, opened and constructed
without cost to the County within the confines of the right-of-way,
and in accordance with the specifications outlined in said Article
4.11.
C. The streets are connected to public roadways by at least one road
or street meeting the requirements for permanent access ad defined
by statute.
WHEREAS, after a review of the request, reports, and recommendations
regarding this matter, the Board of Supervisors has determined that it is in the
public interest to accept these streets into the County System for maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE.',OLVED, that the Board of Supervisors as of
this date does accept into the Mohave County Road System, for the purpose of
maintenance, the listed, described established, and defined streets within the
recorded subdivision of Lonestar Commercial Park, Tract 4101.
Camino Colorado - from the East tract boundary to the West tract buundary
Patricia Plaza - from Camino Colorado south to its cuI de sac terminus.

FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that these street will be maint.ained only to
the degree of improvement (SS No. 101.10A paved roadways) at. which they are now
accepted by the Count.y and that Public Funds may be expended for the
maintenance of the streets herein described if and when a public need exists for
such maintenance.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1993.
