PAGE 1 OF 3 nOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO. 93-170 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONING OF PARCEL 7, IN LAZY Y-U RANCHES, PHASE I, FROM: A-R/36A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/THIRTY SIX ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, PROPOSED TO BE: A-R/BA (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/EIGHT ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, LOCATED IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 7, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to Diane A. Cardin of Kingman, Arizona, for a zone change from A- R/36A (Agricultual Residential/Thirty Six Acre Minimum Lot Size) zone to A-R/BA (Agricultual ReSidential/Eight Acre Minimum Lot Size) zone, and ~~ WHEREAS, the subject property is located approximately four (4) miles southeast of the Kingman city limits on Hualapai Mountain Road. The subject property is approximately one (1) mile southeast of Hualapai Mountain Road and is accessed via Lazy Y-U Drive, and WHEREAS, review of floodplain map #04005B-2350B indicates this area to be within Flood Zone C. The terrain is rugged mountain foothill country. well constructed gravel base roads serve these properties. The site is currently vacant and bordered on all sides by vacant land. The owner is requesting a division into three (3) parcels. The three parcels be zoned A-R/BA (Agricultural- Residential/Eight Acre Minimum Lot Size). 2. Submittal and recordation of a Parcel Plat prepared in accordance with Article 3.16 of the Mohave County Subdivision Regulations. 3. The establishment of a minimum lot size based on the size of parcels per the recorded Parcel Plat. 4. Each parcel shall have legal access. 5. The three parcels shall meet or exceed eight (B) acres exclusive of road easements or rights-of-way. 6. The parcel plat shall show any surface drainage or FEMA flood zones. 7. That appropriate zoning/building/environmental permits be obtained. These permits will not be issued until after Parcel Plat recordation. B . RESOLUTION NO. 93-170 PAGE 3 WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, May 22, 1993( and posted May 21, 1993 as required by Arizona Revised Statutes, and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday June 7, 1993, approved this zone change as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
