PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUHTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne RESOLUTION NO. 93-165 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN AMENDMENT TO BOS RESOLUTION 90-126 WHICH REZONED LONG MOUNTAIN SUBDIVISION, TRACT 3024, NOW KNOWN AS CHAPARRAL MESA, TRACT 3024, BEING THE SW~ OF THE NE~ OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, LOCATED IN THE KINGMAN AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 7, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine the approval of an amendment to BOS Resolution Number 90-126, and WHEREAS, the owner/subdivider of this tract is William Nugent Construction Company, Kingman, Arizona. The engineer responsible for the preparation of the drainage report and design of this subdivision is Stovall Engineers, Inc., Fort Mohave, Arizona, and WHEREAS, this property is located on the north side of Thompson Avenue, one-half mile west of Highway 66, and lies north of Lass Avenue and east of Norrie Drive. The primary access to this residential lot subdivision is intended from Thompson Avenue, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plan depicts forty-two-plus (42.949) acres subdivided into one hundred sixty-five (165) lots, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on May 12, 1993, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the amendment to BOS Resolution Number 90-126, with the applicant understanding and accepting the following conditions: 1. This is a correction that should have taken place at the time of the approval of the SD plan for Chaparral Mesa Tract 3042. 2. That the setbacks for this Tract be as follows: Rear - Fifteen (15) feet Side - Ten (10) feet for corner lot, five (5) feet for typical lot Front -Twenty (20) feet ~. ., '" ;...~.;. RESOLUTION NO. 93-165 Page 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the notice of hearing has been met and published throughout this subdivision process and the public was afforded notice of this action through advertisement of the Board of Supervisor's meeting for this date as required by Arizona Statutes and Mohave County Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, June 7, 1993, approved the amendment to BOS Resolution Number 90-126, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission and outlined herein.
