PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDI~~ FEE 0.00 N(' RESOLUTION NO. 93-157 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF AS-BUILTS AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR LONE STAR COMMERCIAL PARK, TRACT 4101, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE NE~ OF THE SW~ OF THE NW~ OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHA VE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 7, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine the approval of the As-Builts and Improvement Plans for Lone Star Commercial Park, Tract 4101, and WHEREAS, the owner/subdivider of this tract is Development Company, Inc., a California Corporation. engineer of record on this project is Stovall Engineers, Riviera, Arizona, and Mill The Inc. , WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is located roughly one and one-half (1.5) miles south of the Bullhead City corporate limits and one-quarter (0.25) mile east of Highway 95 on Camino Colorado Road. Primary access is intended to be from Camino Colorado Road. Garbage disposal to be provided by private carrier to Mohave Valley Landfill, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on May 12, 1993, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the As-Bui1ts and Improvement Plans for Lone Star Commercial Park, Tract 4101, with the applicant understanding and accepting the following conditions: 1. The Mohave County Engineer, Harold J. Ganyo, P.E., in a letter dated April 19, 1993 and received by Planning and Zoning on April 20r 1993. Mr. Ganyo states, "All improvements of LONESTAR COMMERCIAL PARK, Tract 4101 have been completed by the developer. As-built plans, certifications and required reports have been submitted. The improvements have been inspected and substantially conform to the plans, specifications, and County Standards." I oj '- ~-". RESOLUTION NO. 93-157 Page 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the notice of hearing has been met and published throughout this subdivision process and the public was afforded notice of this action through advertisement of the Board of Supervisor's meeting for this date as required by Arizona Statutes and Mohave County Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, June 7, 1993, approved the As-Builts and Improvement Plans for Lone Star Commercial Park, Tract 4101, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
