PAGE 1 OF 2 HOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO. 93-156 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF AS-BUILTS AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR FAIRWAY ESTATES, TRACT 4148-A, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE E~ OF THE NE~ OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 7, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine the approval of the As-Builts and Improvement Plans for Fairway Estates, Tract 4148A, and WHEREAS, the owner/subdivider of this tract is Glen L. and Pearle A. Ludwig. The engineer of record on this project is ,.::~ Richard J. Rieker, P. E., of Ludwig Engineering, San Bernardino, -,-; California, and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is located in the Fort Mohave area, approximately three (3) miles south of Bullhead City on Highway 95 and one-half (0.5) mile east on Highway 95 on Joy Lane at the southwest corner of the intersection of the proposed Joy Lane and Mountain View Road, and WHEREAS, this subdivision is being constructed on a twelve- plus (12.81) acre parcel of land. This tract consists of seventy-six (76)lots and one (1) commercial parcel. The commercial parcel is one-plus (1.02) acres with the balance of the development having a minimum lot size of 4,500 square feet and an overall density of 3.4 lots per acre, and WHEREAS, this phase is five-plus (5.143) acres subdivided into twenty-eight (28) lots, and WHEREAS, the water will be supplied by Bermuda Water Company, electric power by Mohave Electric Cooperative, and telephone service by Citizens Utility Company. Sewage disposal will be provided by Sorenson Utility Company, Inc. Fort Mohave Mesa Fire Department will be providing fire protection for this project and private carrier will be providing the solid waste ,~ (garbage) disposal to Mohave Valley Landfill, and , ',I ...-,,-,~r ---- .. . . ........... .,..~..~ ~.~ RESOLUTION NO. 93-156 Page 2 WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission on May 12, 1993, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the As-Builts and Improvement Plans with the applicant understanding and accepting the following conditions: 1. The Mohave County Engineer, Harold J. Ganyo, P.E., in a letter dated April 8, 1993 and received by Planning and Zoning on April 9, 1993. Mr. Ganyo states, "All improvements of Fairway Estates, Tract 4148-A, have been completed by the developer. As-buil t plans, certifications and required reports have been submitted. The improvements have been inspected and substantially conform to the plans, specifications, and County Standards." C>.'~ .~.;~:;.;/ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the notice of hearing has been met and published throughout this subdivision process and the public was afforded notice of this action through advertisement of the Board of Supervisor's meeting for this date as required by Arizona Statutes and Mohave County Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, June 7, 1993, approved the As-Builts and Improvement Plans for Fairway Estates, Tract 4148A, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
