"-"'~ ":"~1 ..J WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on December 6, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for the above described property to owner Paul Yang of West Los Angeles, California, and WHEREAS, Section 10 is located nine miles west of the junction of Highways 68 and 93 and is bisected by Highway 68. proposed access to the property from Highway 68 is by Estrella Road or Egar Road, then to Chino Drive to the north or Mohone Drive to .the south, and WHEREAS, this zone change was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Resolution No. 91-295. 4, 1992. PAGE 2 OF 8K 2326 PG 2 730 (FEEt93-71512) Page 2 RESOLUTION NO. 93-358 WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, November 21, 1993, and posted November 19, 1993, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, December 6, 1993, APPROVED this Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
