A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A ZONING USE PERMIT FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A MOBILE HOME AND RV PARK IN AN A (GENERAL)
ZONE, LOCATED IN A PORTION OF THE N~ OF THE N~, SECTION 5,
TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, IN THE ARIZONA STRIP AREA,
MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on December 6, 1993, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a
Zoning Use Permit for the above described property to owners GHFP
Properties, Inc., of Carlsbad, California, and

WHEREAS, the property is located approximately one-half mile
north of Interstate 15 and west of Highway 91. The property is
accessed from Highway 91 via Pioneer Road, then west
approximately 1,000 feet to the southeast corner of the property,
and

WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-0025B indicates
this parcel is located in Zone C, an area of minimal flooding.
The surrounding land uses consist primarily of residential uses
with some commercial uses to the west along Highway 91. There is
an existing Mobile Home Park located directly east of the
property, and
WHEREAS, the park is located on approximately 5.38 acres
with a total of 37 lots and areas for recreational purposes. It
is serviced by on- and off-site wells and has seven individual
septic systems each serving a number of lots. This Mobile Home
Park is in operation, with the interior roadways paved and the
water and septic tanks installed, and

The applicant comply with all applicable provisions of
the Mohave County Zoning Regulations, and submittal of
Mobile Home/RV Park plans per Sections 27.I and 27.J as
defined in the Mohave County Zoning Ordinance.

2. That appropriate zoning, building, environmental and
floodplain permits be obtained.
3. If construction or use has not commenced within one
year of Board approval of the Zoning Use Permit or if
the use has been discontinued for six months, then
approval shall terminate at that date.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
. lilt Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, November 21, 1993, and posted November
19, 1993, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave
County Zoning Regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Monday, December 6, 1993, APPROVED
this zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
