A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL RESOLUTION NO. 93-332 .-'l 4 WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held November 1, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time to complete the Improvements of the above referenced subdivision, and WHEREAS, the owner/developer of this tract is Richard L. Neal, Kingman, Arizona. The engineer of record on this project is Stovall Engineers, Inc., Bullhead City, Arizona, and (~~~ "', _.'o.'C,';' WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is located approximately three miles north of the Kingman city limits on Stockton Hill Road. Primary access is from Stockton Hill Road, and i WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan depicts 180 acres subdivided into 197 residential lots. The minimum lot size is 20,000 square feet and the maximum lot size is 55,000 square feet, to provide an overall density of 1.09 lots per acre, and WHEREAS, the water will be supplied by Lake Juniper Water Company, and electric power and telephone by Citizens Utilities Company. Sewage disposal will be by individual on-site septic systems. This subdivision is in the Hualapai Fire District, and Mohave Sanitation will be providing the solid waste (garbage) disposal to Mohave County Landfill, and WHEREAS, a conversation with the Arizona Department of Real Estate on September 10, 1993, revealed that the Cease and Desist order (Summary Suspension of Sales of Lots) issued May 15, 1992, has been lifted and the Department of Real Estate Report has been . issued, and ' WHEREAS, Article 3.10 states, "Upon application to the Commission and prior to the expiration of the time limit, , extensions in increments of one year may be granted by the Board t:*~ ~~ tl~~ ~~bd~~~d~~k~~ a~:;;e~r/~~"oE;;:,':;dni'{.,g~he r:t::i:n~ l~~; t~: ~~~~ shall be terminated," and RESOLlJTION NUMBiER 93-332 Page 2 U~NA V AILABLE AT TIME IOF SCANNING '=".."n_.. =_',"_-~',.'''"'_~"'___.__,'__'_~_~'_ ___._~,._. RESOLUTION NO. 93-332 Page 3 PAGE 3 OF ~ BK 2305 PG 682 (FEEt93-62805) WHEREAS, the notice of hearing has been met and published throughout this subdivision process as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and Mohave County Regulations, and the public was afforded notice of this action through advertisement of the Board of Supervisors meeting for this date. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, November 1, 1993, approved this Estension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County ~ Planning and Zoning Commission, subject to the conditions outlined herein. . .. c ~ Attest: . . 3675 E.
