PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDI~G FEE 0.00 He IIlCROflLMm RESOLUTION NO. 93-306 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONING OF A PORTION OF THE NW~ SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, FROM A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE TO R-MH (RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HOMES) ZONE AS AN EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING MOBILE HOME PARK, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MORAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on November 1, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for the above described property to representative G. Kelly Grier, Stovall Engineers, Inc., of Bullhead City, Arizona, and WHEREAS, Section 25 is located approximately two miles south of Bullhead City~ s city limits, approximately one mile west of Highway 95. The property is accessed from Highway 95 via El Rodeo Road east approximately one mile to Mountain View Road, then south approximately 800 feet on the east side of the street, and WHEREAS, the property is currently vacant, and WHEREAS, this zone change was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on October 7, 1991, per BOS Resolution No. 91-264, and an Extension of Time was granted on December 7, 1992, per BOS Resolution No. 92-386, and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested in a letter dated August 20, 1993, and received by Planning and Zoning August 24, 1993, that the rezoning be extended for one year. The letter states, "An extension of time will enable us to complete the resubmittal and review process", and WHEREAS, this is the second Extension of Time for the . property, and ,-. h';":~ '';'~''''.'''' ~" '-:, ,',t:'~" " \.~ WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on October 13, 1993, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the Extension of Time for a zone change based on the following: A. .....'. , , . ---, .. ~ ",,:;;1 " 4 ..;t...;.... !~6,..~ \.,- ....<J-.1 .. ., III :,.,:'6. This Extension of Time be granted for one year, being October 7, 1994. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation, in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, October 17, 1993, and posted October 14, 1993, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, November 1, 1993, approved this Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
