WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on September 7, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for the above described property owned by Verne Gillman of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, Lake Mohave Country Club Estates Unit 3 is located approximately one and one-half miles north of the 1-40 and Andy Devine (Highway 66) interchange. The subject property is accessed form Highway 66 via Gordon Drive west approximately one and one-quarter miles to Bank Street, thence north approximately 3,900 feet on the west side of the street, and WHEREAS, this zone change was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on May 4, 1992, per BOS Resolution No. 92-153, to Vern Gillman of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an Extension of Time for one year to comply with the conditions of the resolution. The applicant has stated in a letter dated June 22, 1993, and received by Planning and zoning June 22, 1993 that they are waiting for the County to finish Bank Street, and WHEREAS, this request is the first Extension of Time for this rezoning, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on August 11, 1993, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request for an Extension of Time subject to the following conditions: 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution No. 92 -7 2 . 2. This Extension of Time be granted for one year, being May 4, 1994. ... . . RESOLUTION NO. 93-259 Page 2 PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 2280 PG 398 CFEEt93-52097i NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, and posted as required by Arizona Revised Statutes, and the Mohave County zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, September 7, 1993 APPROVED this Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
