PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ht RESOLUTION NO. 93-256 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH APPROVAL OF AS-BUILT PLANS FOR CRYSTAL SPRINGS ESTATES, TRACT 3010, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF SECTION 2, T21N, Rl9W, LOCATED IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on September 7, 1993, a public hearing was conducted to determine the approval of the As-Built plans for CRYSTAL SPRINGS ESTATES, Tract 3010, and WHEREAS, the owner/subdivider of this tract is Max Bevins, Sun Capital, Inc., an Alaska corporation. The engineers of record on this project were Jack Stovall, Stovall Engineers, Inc., of Bullhead City, Arizona, and John Proffit, Mohave Engineering Associates, Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision is located in the Golden Valley area, approximately eight miles west of SR 93 and one- quarter mile north of SR 68 at the northwest corner of Chino Drive and Laguna Road intersection. Access to the subdivision is from Laguna Road, and WHEREAS, this subdivision was being constructed on a 46.8- acre parcel of land. This tract consists of 63 residential lots. The lot area ranges from 21,840 square feet to 38,170 square feet to provide a density of 1.35 lots per acre, and WHEREAS, this subdivision was recorded on Februarx 4, 1988, at Fee No. 88-4546, and WHEREAS, the Mohave County Engineer, Harold J. Ganyo, P.E., in a letter dated July 20, 1993, received by Planning and Zoning on July 22, 1993, states, "All improvements required for this subdivision have been completed by the developer. As-built plans and reports have been submitted," and WHEREAS, Mr. Ganyo recommended "Placement on the next Planning and Zoning Agenda for the Commission's review and recommendation for approval of the As-Built Plans to the Board of Supervisors," and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning Commission on August 11, 1993, the Commission recommended approval of the As-Built Plans. ~,.. . . RESOLUTION NO. 93-256 Page 2 PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 2280 PG 390 (FEE~93-52094) NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that notice of hearing has been met and published throughout this subdivision process as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and Mohave County Regulations, and the public was afforded notice of this action through advertisement of the Board of Supervisors meeting for this date. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, September 7, 1993, approved the As-Built Plans for CRYSTAL SPRINGS, TRACT 3010, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
