Street Maintenance
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisor.\; at their meeting on JUlh? 2., 1997
accepted a letter of petition requesting that certain streets in Evergreen Addition fI, Tract 4014 be
accepted into the Mohave County Road System for maintenance; and
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on 1~ 1997 in the Supervisor's Chambers at
which time the request to accept was discussed and considered by the Board; and
WHEREAS, no one appeared to object and no written statements of objection opposing
the granting of the request of said petition were received; and
WHEREAS, an investigation has been made by the County Engineer, and County
Attorney who have reported to the Board that the design and construction of the street complies
with Article 4. I I of the Subdivision and Road Maintenance Regulations of Mohave County,
Arizona. for paved roadways wherein it was established that:
A. The right-of-way was properly estabhshed when Evergreen Addition II, Tract
4014 was recorded on or a.bout February 17, 1982.
B. The streets have been properly laid out, opened and constructed without cost to
the County within the confines of the right-of-way, and in accordance with the
specifications outlined in said Article 4.11.
C. The streets are connected to public roadways hy at least one road or street meeting
the requirements for permanent acces~; as defined by statute.
WHEREA.S, after a review of the request. reports, and recommendations regarding this
matter, the Board of Supervisors has determined that it is ill the public interest to accept this
street into the County System for maintenance.

accepted by the County and that Public Funds may be expended for the maintenance of the street
herein described if and when a public need exists for such maintenance.
