RESOLUTION...93=384 WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in regular session this 5th day of September, 1995, and WHEREAS, Arizona Revised Statutes No. 28-627,No. 28-643 and No. 28-855 authorize local authorities to place and maintain traffic control devices upon streets and highways under their jurisdiction as they deem necessary to regulate, warn or guide traffic, and WHEREAS, A Traffic Safety Committee was established to review the warrants and make recommendations to the Mohave County Board of Supervisors for establishing traffic control devices within Mohave County, and WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee has n~viewed the circumstances surrounding the warrants for establishing traffic control devices as presented herein, and WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee has made its recommendation for the establishing of said traffic control devices. NOW THEREF'ORE, IT IS RESOI,VED that the Board Of Supervisors adopt the attached stop sign study that includes the subdivision of Mohave Mesa Acres in the Mohave Valley area as proposed by the County Engineer and that the Department of Public Works is directed to place traffic-control devices as proposed in the stop sign study.
