DECLARING FORMED - GRAPEVINE MESA FIRE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Regular Session this 18th
day of September, 1995, and
WHEREAS, in compliance with ARS 48-261, the Board of Supervisors at their Regular
meeting held June 5, 1995, acknowledged receipt of an Impact Statement regarding the formation
of the Grapevine Mesa Fire District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County held a Public Hearing on July 5,
1995, regarding said Impact Statement, and
WHEREAS, the Impact Statement was approved at said Public Hearing held July 5, 1995,
which allowed the circulation of petitions requesting formation, and
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on September 5, 1995, acknowledged
receipt of said petition, and
WHEREAS, in compliance with ARS 48-261 ( 5 ) ( a) ( b ) ( c ) the Mohave County
Assessor and Mohave County Recorder has determined that petitions presented to said contain the
required amount of property owners and qualified eleetors praying for the formation of such district.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mohave County Board of Supervisors
hereby Orders the formation of the GRAPEVINE MESA FIRE DISTRICT with boundaries
described in Exhibit A and B attached hereto, and dedare that the persons so outlined in the Impact
Statement shall serve as the organizing Board of Directors, in compliance with ARS 48..261 (g) as
attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1995.
