HESOLUTION NO. 95-155 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Special Session this 20th day of March, 1995, and WI-IERF~S, heavy rains on the Beaver Dam Creek watershed March 11 and 12, 1995, caused the Beaver Dam Creek in the Beaver Dam/Littlefield area to rise and erode the banks of the creek causing evacuation of residents, loss of homes and damage to property, streets and utilities and WlIERE:AS, flood damage has resulted in a condition of peril to the safety of many citizens; and WHERE:AS, the Chairman of the Governing Board of Mohave County is authorized by resolution of the Governing Board to declare an emergency; NOW, THEREFORE it is hereby declared than an emergency now exits in the County of Mohave; and a. Mutual aid from the State of A.rizona is hereby requested b. The Mohave County Emergency Operations Plan is hereby activated and in effect until further notice c. It is further ordered that during the existence of this emergency, Mohave County departments assigned emergency roles in the Mohave County Emergency Operations Plan, are an Emergency Organization of the County PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1995.
