HE;"SOLUTION NO. 94-369
WIIEIU~AS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Regular
Session this 4th day of October, 19!~4, and
WHEREAS, the Commission on the Courts, the Arizona Judicial Council and
the Supreme Court of the State of Arizona, has executed Administrative Order No.
94-37 which states that all courts, including appellate, superior, justice of the
peace, and municipal courts, shall automate business functions by December 31,
1994, and
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors has determined that it
be in compliance with Administrative Order No. 94-37, by and through
Intergovernmental Agreements with all municipalities in Mohave County, and
WHEREAS, Mohave County is empowered by Section 11-951, Arizona Revised
Statutes to enter into agreements and acting by and through its Board of
Supervisors has resolved to enter into an agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors hereby approves an
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMRNT for Court Automation between the City of
Kingman and Mohave County by and through its Superior Court; and
WHEREAS, the Board authodzes, Joan C. Ward, Chairman - Mohave County
Board of Supervisors, David J. Grisez, P.E.. Mohave County Manager to sign the
agreement and any amendments a:c.ldjor modifications thereto on behalf of Mohave
County.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1994.
