RESOLUTION NO. 94-59
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Regular
Session this 1st day of February, H)94, and
WHEREAS, Arizona Revised Statutes No. 28-727, No. 28-643 and No. 28-
855 authorize local authorities to place and maintain traffic control devices upon
streets and highways under their jurisdiction as they deem necessary to regulate,
warn or guide traffic.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RFBOLVED that the Department of Public Works is
directed to place traffic control devices as follows:
Mohave Valley Area
Post 45 MPA speed limit on Jerome Ave from Highway 95 East to 0.1 mile
West uf Mountain View Road.
Post 35 MPH speed limit on Jerome Ave from 0.1 mile West of Mountain
View Road East to Aquarius Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1994..
