RESOLUTION NO. 93-112
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in
special session this 19th day of April, 1993; and
WHEREAS, Arizona Revised Statutes No. 28-627, No. 28-643 and
No. 28-855 authorize local authorities to place and maintain
traffic control devices upon streets and highways under their
jurisdiction as they deem necessary to regulate, warn or guide
traffic.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, that the Department of Public
Works is directed to place traffic,-control devices as follows:
CHLORIDE AREA
The following streets in the Chloride Townsite Area have been
identified as Through ~rraffic streets. Stop signs are to be
installed stopping traffic entering onto these streets.
1. Tennessee Ave:
From West to East boundary of Chloride Townsite.
2. Second Street:
South Boundary of Townsite to Tennessee Ave.
3. Fourth Street:
Tennessee Ave. to North Boundary of Chloride Townsite.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1993.
