RESOLUTION NO. 93-106
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
NO. SF-1792-E FOR HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM AND/OR HOUSING
CERTIFICATE PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION
The County of Mohave (herein called the "Local Authority")
proposes to enter into an Annual Contributions Contract for
Housing Voucher Program and/or Housing Certificate Program, with
the United States of America (herein called the "Government").
It is deemed advisable by the Local Authority and the
Government to enter into the Annual Contributions Contract in the
particulars indicated in such Contract.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Annual Contributions Contract is hereby approved and
accepted. The Chairman, Board of Supervisors, or
Designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute
six counterparts of the Contract on behalf of the Local
Authority, and the Clerk, Board of Supervisors, is
hereby authorized to impress and attest the official
seal of the Local Authority on each such counterpart and
to forward such executed counterparts, or any of them,
to the Government together with such other documents
evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution
thereof as may be required by the Government.
2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and adoption, such being necessary for the
preservation of the peace, health and safety of the
Local Authority under the emergency hereby declared to
exist.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Moha.ve County Board of Supervisors
this 19th day of April, 1993.
