R&C;OLUTION NO. 92-46
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors met in Regular Session
this 3rd day of February, 1992, and
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors has determined that it is
in the public interest to authorize the issuance of marriage licenses on weekends in
the Bullhead Ci ty vicinity, and the Mohave County Parks employees have been duly
authorized to issue such licenses, and
WHEREAS, a fee in the amount of $20. in addition to the statutory fees
listed in A.R.S. 12-284 (G) is believed to be a reasonable amount necessary to
defray the expense of providing such services, and
WlU~REAS, the fees for this service and annual fees do not exceed the
actual cost of providing such services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that marriage licenses may be issued
on weekends in the Bullhead City vicinity by the Mohave County Parks employees,
and that a fee in the amount of $20. in addition to statutory fees may be charged
to provide such services.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 1992.
