RESOLUTION NO. 92-175
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors met in Special Session this 20th day of
May, 1992, and:
WHEREAS, on April 6, 1992, the Board considered the abandonment of a
certain roadway easement located In Section 28, T23N, R16W, and;
WIlEHEAS, the Board determined that the proposed abandonment would not
land-lock any parcels, and would he in the best interests of not only the property
owners, but would not be adverse 10 any int(:rests of individuals in the area,
'IHEHEFORE, BE IT RftJSOl,vED, abandoning the easement as set out un the
attached map, Book 309, Maps 14 and 29, indicating a 90 foot roadway easement
access across parcel 31 of Perla Acres, Sunward Ho Ranches, recorded Mary 1,
1960. The easement is abandoned only in parcel 31.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1992.
