RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors met
October, 1990, and;
in Regular Session this 7th day of
WHEREAS, having found that the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein, is not worth the amount of taxes, interest, costs
and penal ties due and that the tax lien on the property would not sell for such
amount, and;
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to A.R.S. 42-403, the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors compromises the taxes, interest, costs and penalties as follows:
1. Excluding real property taxes for 1991, approximately $2,042,569.20 is
owed for costs, interest, penalties and real property taxes for the
subject parcels. Of this amount, approximately $864,163.8~) are
delinquent real property taxes.
2.
The foregoing taxes, penalties, costs, and interest are compromised as
follows:
a. On or about October 1, 1991, one-fifth of the foregoing
delinquent taxes, namely, $172,832.78 shall be paid by GREGORY
SLAZAS dba VALLE VISTA MOBILE HOME ESTA'l'ES, INC. TIle
same payment shall be made on this first day of October in the
next three successive years. On the first day of October in the
fourth successive year the balance shall be satisfied and the
subject property shall be released by Mohave County from the
foregoing taxes, penalties, costs, and interest.
b. The parties recognize this matter is subject to a tax appeal
which may reduce the delinquent taxes and annual payments.
c. Payments will be applied first against the liens not held by
Mohave County., By this provision the parties recognize their
agreement that the delinquent taxes are not to accrue interest so
long as the taxpayers are in compliance with this agreement.
d. Costs, interest, and penalties shall remain as liens on the subject
parcels until the final payment of back taxes has been paid.

payment, as specified in paragraph 2a herein, not be made,
Mohave County retains the right to rescind this resolution without
further notice to GREGORY SLAZAS dba VALLE VISTA MOBILE
HOME ESTATES, INC.
e. Parcels whidl are the subject of this resolution may be
transferred subject to these provisions:
When the aforementioned payments have been paid, and provided
the terms of this resolution are not in default, Mohave County
shall release a percentage of the subject property equal to the
percentage of the foregoing delinquent taxes, penalties, costs, and
interest satisfied upon the request of the taxpayer. ThE~ taxpayer
shall determine which lots shall be released pursuant to this
paragraph.
