PAGE 1 OF 5 /~6' --' .~' 80S 1864 '!~:,,r RECORDING FEE 0.00 NC RESOLUTION NO. 90-105 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Regular Session on this 7th day of May, 1990, and WHEREAS, after proceE~dings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 48-905, this Board did, on April 2, 1990, set for public hearing the formation of Butler Improvement District, said district being the consolidation of the following proposed districts and other adjoining areas into one district: Ames Avenue Nos. 2 and 3; N. Arizona Street, Benton Way, Butler Avenue No.2 and 3; Carver Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; College Heights Nos. 1 and 2; Devlin Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; Edward Lane; Hearne Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7; John L Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8; Kelli Lane; Lass Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; Marshall Drive; McVicar Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4; Neal Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7: Northfield Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8; Packard Avenue No.1; N. Sierra Road Nos. 1 and 2; Snavely Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; Stardust Road Nos. 1 and 2; Suffock Avenue Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; Ty Street Nos. 1 and 2; Van Nuys Road; Vickie Lane; N. Willow Road Nos. 1 and 2. Wherein it did fix this date and place as the time and place of hearing. WHEREJI,.8, notice of hear ing has been given for the time and in the manner provided in said Article and as appears from affidavits filed with the Clerk of this Board; WHERE1\S, No persons W:Lshing to object to the establishment of the proposed district have, before the date set for hearing, filed their objections with the Clerk of this Board, and no persons appeared at the hearing and presented oral objections thereto; and I I I Resolution No. 90-105 (page 2) PME 2 IF S BIt 1720 PG 18 l:FEEt9o- 32220) WHEREAS, evidence, oral and documentary, has been adduced to this Board has duly considered the same: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DJE:TERMINED and ORDERED, as follows: 1. That the petitions presented to this Board as a result of which it set this hearing were each signed by the requisite number of owners of real property within the proposed district, and is sufficient. 2. That the public convenience, necessity and welfare will be promoted by the consolidation of the districts and by the establishment of the one district. 3. That all of the property within the proposed district will be benefited by being formed into such district and that said proposed district includes all of the property that would be benefited by being so formed. 4. That the boundaries of said district are hereby established as those more particularly set forth in the Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof. 5. That said territory is hereby declared formed into a County Improvement District under the corporate name of Butler Street Improvement District to pave the streets listed in Exhibit "A" and make any other necessary local improvements, all of said work to be financed by special assessments levied against the fronting lots and the issuance of assessment bonds as may now or hereafter be ordered pursuant to the County Improvement District Laws. 6. Said district shall hereafter be body corporate with the powers of a municipal corporation for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this article.
