A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF LOT 98, GATEWAY ACRES,
TRACT 11, SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 19 WEST, FROM A-R
(AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) 'ro C-2H (GENERAL COMMERCIAL HIGHWAY
FRONTAGE) IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board
of Supervisors held on March 1, 1994, a public hearing was
conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a
rezone for the above described property to owner Diamond Back
Investments, Inc. of Golden Valley, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the parcel is located one-quarter mile north of
Cottonwood Road and west of Highway 93. I t is accessed from
Highway 93 via Cottonwood Road west one-quarter mile to an

this parcel is located in Zone C, an area of minimal flooding,

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman
Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman,
Mohave County, Arizona, February 13, 1994, and posted February
14, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave
County zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors,
at their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 1, 1994, APPROVED this
rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning
Commission and outlined herein.
