(COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING OPEN LOT STORAGE) IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY
GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUN'ry, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, the purpose of this evaluation is to determine
whether approval should be granted for a rezone for the above
described property to owner Hazel Hadley of Kingman, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the property is located

WHEREAS, the surrounding land uses consist of an auto
salvage yard to the north along Highway 93 and a few scattered
residences. The majority of land directly surrounding the parcel

repair and towing business. There are also a site-built home and
a travel trailer, with an assortment of scattered debris and auto
parts throughout the parcel, aIld
WHEREAS, the applicant is applying for C-MO zoning to permit
all auto impound yard, and
WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map *040058-1775B indicates
this parcel is located in zone C, an area of minimal flooding,
and
