PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAV~ CDU~TY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECOROIMG FEE 0.00 Ne RESOLUTION NO. 94-55 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ABANDONMENT OF A 50-FOOT ROADWAY EASEMENT RUNNING EAST TO WEST ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PARCEL 175, SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, IN THE LONG MOUNTAIN PORTION OF THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOI~VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting- of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on February I, 1994, a public heilring was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an abandonment for the above described property to owners Paul and Crystal Mowry of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the site of the proposed abandonment is located approximately eight miles north of -the Butler area and west of Stockton Hill Road. Legal access to the site from Stockton Hill Road is from an unnamed 50-foot roadway easement at the swio( of Section 13, north approximately one-half mile to the site. Actual access from Stockton Hill Road is from an undocumented roadway at the alignment of Calle Muerlos west to the above described 50-foot roadway easement, and WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map #040058-2000B indicates that the property is within Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and WHEREAS, the proposed 50-foot easement to be abandoned runs east to west on the north side of Parcel 175. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, January 16, 1994, and posted January 18, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 1994, APPROVED this Rezone as recommended by tr~ Mohave County Planning and zoning Commission and outlined herein.
