PAGE 1 OF 2 NOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne .:. , '-'- - " ' ~~::>,9 <.....'~.~;;) RESOLUTION NO. 94-51 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A ZONING USE PERMIT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN R-V PARK IN AN A-R (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL) ZONE ON A PORTION OF THE NW~, NW~ OF SECTION 14 AND A POR'rION OF THE SW!J!, SW\ OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on February 1, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a rezone for the above described property to applicant Valle Vista R.V. of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, review of Floodplain Map *040058-2025B indicates that the property is within Zone C, an area of minimal flooding, and WHEREAS, the proposed R-V park consists of 26 seasonal spaces and 12 pull-through spaces, a restroom/shower, and an R-V storage area. The developer is proposing an access road from Highway 66 and secondary access through Valle Vista Subdivision from Tower Drive. The site provides 25-foot private roadways for access to the spaces and additional auto parking spaces. A power line easement and landscape buffer will be provided between the R-V park and Valle Vista Subdivision to the west, and WHEREAS, the owner is proposing to develop the site in two phases. Engineering plans have been submitted for review to the Planning and Zoning Department so that the park plan can be processed simultaneously with the Zoning Use permit, and WHEREAS, at the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended to the following: public hearing Conunission on APPROVAL for a before the Mohave county January 12, 1994, the Zoning Use Permit subject 1. That appropriate zoning, building, environmental and floodplain permits be obtained. 3. If construction or use has not commenced within one year of Board approval of the Zoning Use Permit or if the use has been discontinued for six months then approval shall terminate at that date. 4. This Zoning Use Permit is subject to revocation upon 60 days notification by the Board of Supervisors if, in the opinion of the Commission and Board, the continued use of the property would be contrary to the public health, safety, and welf~re. 5. That the Zoning use Permit be approved upon approval of a rezone for the property. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, January 16, 1994, and posted January 18, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOI,VED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, February I, 1994, APPROVED this Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
