': '.' ,~I ""'_:~ RESOLUTION NO. 94-44 A RESOLUTION SETTTNG FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A REZONE OF A PORTION OF THE SW\ PARCEL 13, GOLDROAD STATION UNIT 1, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 19 WEST, FROM A-R/5A (AGRICULTURAT,- RESIDEN'l'IAL/FIVE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO A-R!lA AND A-R/3A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL/ONE AND THREE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUN~Y, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on February I, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for the above described property to owners Norma Murdoch of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Carl J. Shelton of Bullhead City, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located two miles south of Highway 6S, east of Egar Road and north of Bolsa Road, and WHEREAS, the original zoning for this property waS approved by BOS Resolution No. 92-321. One of the requirements of the resolution was the recordation of a Parcel Plat. A Parcel plat has not been recorded for the property, and WHEREAS, this is the first Extension of Time for the rezone for this property, and WHEREAS, at the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended to the following: public hearing before the Mohave County Commission on January 12, 1994, the APPROVAL for an Extension of Time subject 1. Continued compliance with conditions of BOS Resolution No. 92-321. 2. The Extension of Time be granted for one year, being October 5, 1994. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, January 16, 1994, and posted January IS, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. RESOLUTION NO. 94-44 Page 2 . . > . . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 1994, APPROVED this Extension of Time as recoTI~ended by the Mohave County planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
