PAGE i OF 2 ~OHAVE COUNTY BOARD Of SUPERVISORS RECORDI~G FEE 0.00 He .."'.' .. .J.'~ RESOLUTION NO, 94-37 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A REZONE OF A PORTION OF THE S~ OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 14 NOR'.rH, RANGE 20 WEST, TO BE KNOWN AND SUBDIVIDED AS SUNLl\.KE VILLAGE, TRACT 3700, FROM R-l/3A (SINGLE FI\MILY RESIDENTIAL/'l'HREE ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) AND C-RE/36A (COMMERCIAL RECREATION/THIRTY-SIX ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) TO R-O (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL/HOMPS ONLY) AND C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) IN THE LAKE HAVASU AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on February 1, 1994, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a rezone for the above described property to applicant Rielly Homes of Irvine, California, and ";"', "',:.l WHEREAS, the proposed Sunlake Village subdivision is located west of Highway 95 and south of Lake Drive. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, January 16, 1994, and posted January 18, 1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 1994, APPROVED this Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
